Pop superstar JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE was beaten up as a teenager “for being white”. The Sexy Back hitmaker claims he walked away from the incident – which happened when he was 13 and living in Memphis, Tennessee – with a black eye, broken ribs and a new outlook on life. He tells the U.K. edition of Cosmopolitan, “The hard part was trying to understand why it happened. Then you get to a point where you have to let it go. “When you come through on the other side, you’re a much stronger person.”
According to the Chicago Tribune, nearly 600,000 whites per year are victims of a violent crime perpetrated by a black offender.
