California advertises free services for illegals.

California Medi-calA brochure from the California Department of Health Services (Medi-Cal) advertises the fact that children, elderly, and pregnant women who are in the country illegally can still get Medi-Cal benefits. Is it any wonder why the state of California is bankrupt?
