AIDS continues to spread among non-whites in US.

While AIDS rates among whites have been declining for years, rates among blacks and Latinos continue to rise.

According to the CDC. Hispanics now account for over 19% of all new people Diagnosed with AIDS nationwide. Like blacks, Hispanics are also less likely to get tested than whites.
