Thugs commit brutal racially motivated assaults in Orlando.

Two black males brutal beat a 62 year old woman and mentally-disabled men. The thugs told the victims they must pay a fee for being white in their neighborhood. They were brutally assaulted when they refused to pay.
Like predatory animals, the thugs appear to have hunted for the absolute weakest and most vulnerable white victims to attack.
