Extremist Federal Judge gives man 30 month because gun malfunctioned at range.

A man shooting an AR-15 at a rifle range was sentenced to 30 months in jail by a far left activist judge. His gun malfunctioned causing the rifle to fire off three rounds at once. The gun was safely pointed downrange and no one was hurt. The judge says that constitutes an “illegal machine gun.”
