Dewayne Beard is a black thug who beat and carjacked one woman. Then he broke into another woman’s house and raped her while free on bond. Why are these predatory thugs let loose to attack more innocent victims?
The races of the victims have not been identified by the media.
Chattanooge Judge Robert Moon had this to say to the first victim.
“[Chattanooga] has become so rampant that it is no longer possible for the police department to protect our citizens.”
“Purchase a weapon, obtain a gun permit and learn to protect yourself.”
