Showdown looming over Obama citizenship questions.

Talk Radio has been buzzing for weeks now over Obama’s refusal to produce his birth certificate to a Federal Court in Philadelphia. Now, the American Independent Party has filed a lawsuit in California requesting that the court order Obama to produce his birth certificate before California’s electors can formally cast their vote for Obama.
There are now several states where lawsuits have been filed. One of them, filed by an attorney Leo C. Donofrio in New Jersey, is receiving some attention by the US Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court has scheduled a conference on Leo C. Donofrio’s appeal to the Supreme Court for December 5th.
The electors cast their votes on December 15th.
