Mark Anthony Poole stormed into the home of a young couple, beat and raped a woman, and murdered her fiance.
No the liberal Supreme Court of Florida has overturned his death sentance, saying it was unfair that the jury got to hear about Poole’s past criminal history.
Poole is a monster with a criminal history in six different states! He should have been put away for life long before the rape and murder even happened.
