Black gang bangers open fire on Mardi Gras: 7 injured.

Seven people were hit by gunshots at Mardi Gras in New Orleans. The ages of the victims ranged from 50 years to 20 months.

The gunmen are two black teens, one of whom is already a convicted felon.

The shooting spree reminds us that “Chocolate City” New Orleans is still one of the most dangerous places in the Western Hemisphere.
