A new phenomenon has emerged. Many of the houses in foreclosure are so trashed that the banks don’t even want them back.
Some cities are now suing banks for leaving abandoned, derelict houses that need to demolished.
Notice how the four cities mentioned in the New York Times article are all at least 32% black. Is this another product of federally mandated race based home loans?
