Barnes & Nobles calls spoof photo a “hate crime.”

A popular online photo purporting to be a book display at Barnes and Nobles is being denounced by the chain as a “Hate Crime.”
“This malicious and despicable act is nothing short of a hate crime, which should be punishable under federal statutes.” – From Barnes and Nobles Chairman Leonard Riggio
It is funny how for eight years, images comparing George Bush to a monkey were not only acceptable, they were glorified on late night television.
