Is Harry Reid a total moron? You won’t believe these statements!

Watch the Senate Majority Leader (2nd only to Joe Biden in the Senate power structure), declare that taxes are voluntary and employers don’t have to withhold from their employees. Then Reid states that even though the taxes are voluntary, you can still go to jail for not paying.
