Another black street party turns into bloodbath.

Overtown is a historically black section of Miami. A large birthday party turned into another bloodbath when three men opened fire into the crowd of 200 people. Thirteen people were injured by gunshots.

This is at least the second black street party to end in a shooting spree in Florida this year.
