Austin PD: Terrorizing white people is not a hate crime.
CofCC.org News Team
Austin PD spokesman Sgt. Richard Stresing, pictured at right, says the message is not hateful and the act does not constitute a racially motivated hate crime.
A brick smashed threw the window of a four year old’s bedroom in the east side of Austin, Texas. A note attached to the brick says “keep Eastside black.”
Now the Austin PD has insulted the white victims by claiming it does not constitute a “hate crime” because the department does not consider the threatening message to be hateful.
Nelson Linder, a local race hustler and NAACP chapter president, agreed with police. Linder also says that black residents were justified in resenting new white residents, since white investment dollars are raising property values.
The white victims have been in the same home for ten years.
