Black race hustlers vow to stop traffic on I-70 in St. Louis this evening.

A group of black race hustlers are demanding more affirmative action and higher racial quotas in the awarding of city contracts.

To promote these demands they have vowed to shut down traffic on I-70 this evening. Ten years ago Al Sharpton was arrested in St. Louis when he joined local race hustlers in blocking traffic in St. Louis.
