ACORN sues O’Keefe & Giles, but MD AG does about face and opens investigation of ACORN.
The Maryland Branch of ACORN has sued the hidden camera duo who’s videos have cost the Marxist group tens of millions in Federal funding.
The suit is asking for millions of dollars in damages from James O’Keefe, Hannah Giles, and conservative columnist Andrew Breitbart for causing “severe emotional distress” to the two Baltimore office employees who offered them advice on how to run a child prostitution ring,launder money, and defraud the IRS.
Meanwhile the Maryland A.G. who previously threatened to file charges against O’Keefe and Giles has done an about face. He now tells reporters that he has signed off on an investigation of ACORN.
