Mayor wants police chases banned.

Wellford, South Carolina Mayor Sallie Peake tells police that they are not allowed to chase criminals! In a two sentence “executive order” the Mayor banned the pursuit of suspects.

Wellford is a 50% black town of 2,000 people outside of Spartanburg, SC.
