SURPRISE! America’s worst mayor in trouble for corruption.

We told you so! Ray Nagin is possibly the single worst mayor in the nation. After failing to do anything to save the people of New Orleans from Hurricane Katrina, he was re-elected by the blacks. Vowing to keep New Orleans a “chocolate city,” his main campaign plank was his race.

With Ray Nagin’s history, this is the least shocking development in American politics.
