15 year old hard core felon too young for prison says lawyer.

He is a 15 year old thug who shot at a police officer while in possession of $5,000 cash and several pounds of marijuana. His lawyer says he should be slapped on the wrist and let off easy because putting a violent 15 year old maniac in prison would be “going back to the dark ages.”
