“Discrimination” lawsuit forces swim club to close down.
Defending itself against an outrageous “discrimination” lawsuit has forced the Valley Club swimming pool to declare bankruptcy.
The largely Jewish private club rejected an offer that would have dramatically changed the club’s demographics by adding large numbers of black children to the membership.
It was then attacked as “racist” in the media and sued. Club owners say that over $100,000 would be needed to fight the lawsuit.
Businesses who reject fascist social engineering and want to assert their freedoms guaranteed under the constitution are being sued out of existence.
