New York broke, state begins delaying payments.
Another once prosperous state has been driven into the ground by the far-left. New York is broke and the governor has ordered delays on payments of government money to schools, counties, and local governments.
However, even as he was announcing the state is broke, affirmative action Gov. Paterson promised another $25 million in free money for “homeless.”
Analysts says New York’s 2010 budget deficit will be well over $10 Billion!
