Denver still plagued by brutal racially motivated attacks.
Late last year, police arrested 38 blacks for racially motivated attacks on white and Latino pedestrians. The attacks have started again. This story has been quarantined to the local media. If the races were reversed, this would be the largest news story in the United States.
