New York Times: Kagan appointment would give Supreme Court three Jews and no Protestants.
Obama’s top pick for the Supreme Court Kagan, who is Jewish, would make the Supreme Court one third Jewish while giving Protestants zero representation. About 2% of the US population as a whole is Jewish.
Left-wing and pro-homosexual sites are celebrating Kagan for her history of pro-homosexual activism. Some are reporting she is a lesbian, while others say she is just rumored to be a homosexual.
“Mainstream” sources like CBS News report that her sexuality is unknown.
