Black history month myth of the day: Hannibal

This coin stamped with an image of Hannibal was minted during his lifetime. The Carthaginians got it wrong! The History Channel shows Hannibal was black!

Perhaps this network should be called the “Fantasy Channel.”  In an effort to boost the self-esteem of blacks, the “History” Channel is depicting the great Carthaginian general Hannibal as a black African.

Actually, the portrait for Hannibal from the series “Battles B.C.” looks more like some black jock from a deodorant commercial. Many people who watched the Hannibal episode winched at the glaring historical flaws. For one, Hannibal would never appear in public wearing only a cape to show off his abs.

Afro-centrists are always scavenging about for crumbs to glorify a Negro history that never existed. The city-state of Carthage was Phoenician, not Sub-Sahara African. The inhabitants of North Africa at the time of Hannibal were white, not black. Archaeologists today classify them as “North African Caucasoid.” Negros from the Sub-Sahara were not introduced into North Africa in any kind of large numbers until the Islamic slave trade began about a thousand years after Hannibal.

    I saw a sickening You Tube video where Africans were using an obsurd story to say that Africans ruled Europe and as if they were responsible for all that was modern and good. The fact of the matter is that YES, there WAS an African presence. When Africans RAIDED, MURDERED, TOOK, RAPED, and ENSLAVED THOUSANDS of whites per day off the coastlines and from villiages in Europe down into Africa. Where they were stripped more naked, pelted with fecal matter from African children, and humiliated and degraded as they entered slavery in Africa at the hands of chronically abusive Africans for HUNDREDS of years. And the effects have lasted for THOUSANDS and to the present day. The one big difference is the Non Africans DON’T COMPLAIN the HALF of what Africans did, but rather were proactive at haulting slavery of non Africans, implimenting measures to prevent it in the future, and advanced civilizations around the WORLD to (eventually) stop slavery that AFRICANS INVENTED… PERMANENTLY.

    Most of their material these days is about Bigfoot, Nostradamus, and the end of the world in 2012.

    Given the pathetic quality of their “History”, I am not surprised that they portrayed Hannibal as being black.

    I don’t even subscribe to cable any more. Everything is such trash and with the required upgrades in broadcast signals I get 12 channels in crystal clear HD quality with just an antenna in my attic. I quit the History when I saw a documentary claiming the Catholic Church were “Secret Nazis” during WWII. Then the very next documentary was about the Nazi “secret war on the Catholic Church.” Both documentaries were full of laughable false claims. The claims made in the documentaries completely contradicted each other.
