I believe it is Katie Curic interviewing some Bible thumping do-gooder in one of the Haitian tent cities and she said the reason the women were being raped is because there are, are you ready for this, not enough peace keepers on hand to stop the men. If they would spend their energy on cleaning up and rebuilding that hell hole maybe the black men would be too tire to rape, and then again, probably not. When Michelle and Barack get kicked out of the peoples White House maybe they can lend a hand and rebuild that black utopia.
