In October,2011 I had a discussion with 2 deputy sheriffs from Atchison County in Kansas about black crime, and in particular about the killing of officers across the country. Their response to me was, “the real problem was with the White Nationalist crowd”. Less than two months later an Atchison,KS city cop was serving a summons on some black trash when some young thug (father doing time for murder,living with grandpa,a preacher) walks up behind him in the dark and shoots him in the head and kills him. This never made news for more than 2 nights in K.C. Seems even the cops are not aware of the black on White or even the black on cop crimes. May God have mercy on our once great nation.

He played pro baseball with the Astros for more than twice the duration he was an officer, and became an officer relatively late in life. In reading it, and what a great guy he seems to have been, the dialogue from Tombstone came to mind:
