Global minority I agree. It is and only should be about indecent exposure. I don't want girl's bras hanging out as much as I don't want to see a boy's underwear. I've been telling my students for years, I'm sure you don't want to see my underwear, I certainly don't want to see yours.

I am glad that they have the law but when they wear their pants thusly, it makes it easier to spot the thugs. Its easier to know who to avoid.
Wtf is justin bieber? I don't know and I don't care.

The sad part is that Tyrone Mixon is right. But the reason for that is that young whites are taught that black culture is "cool." In true SWPL fashion, long after blacks have given it up, some whites will keep on doing it. Just like there is a subculture of whites who listen to black music that blacks have forgotten.

Either you people aren't paying attention or you're just willfully ignorant. You little white younguns do this more than Black children. Have you seen that representative of white people call Justin Bieber? No! Well go have a look see, but of course he's following a trend cause he's all white and stuff.

Three theories I have heard re the genesis of sagging, all of the prison related:

1. Advertising availability

2. Advertising one's status with a powerful prison gang ("I dare you to rape me")

3. Because inmates aren't allowed to have belts

What I cannot understand is how a prison homosexual cultural thing escaped into Afro-American. As I understand this from the way it was, to have one's pants partway down meant their butt was available for a pack of smokes, basically speaking.

I remember once when the shoes in the power-lines meant drugs for sale. It got so bad in this one location that all future power-lines were redesigned to go underground. Now if they could just bury them dealers underground with the cables things might get a little better too.

It boils down to indecent exposure, Surely this must fall under those loaws and all states have laws like this. Whether they utlize the law or not remains to be seen.
