Are white Americans already paying slavery reparations?

The National Academic Press has placed their 500 page America Becoming: Racial Trends and their Consequences online.
Chapter seven examines the disparity in welfare dependency by race. Take a look at the chart at the right. It examines welfare dependency over an eight year period.
In this eight year period, half of all black women were on at least one major form of welfare at one time or another. The figure is only 12% for white women. Blacks who received welfare, averaged 4.5 years of dependency out of the 8 years. Hispanics averaged 4 years and whites averaged 3.5 years.
Bewteen 1985-1992, a staggering 20% of all the “income” taken in by black women was from welfare! This figure is 7% for Hispanic and 2% for whites.
The militant black power movement is demanding “reparations for slavery.” Are white people already paying reparations for slavery? If so, how long must we pay?

May 7th, 2012 at 1:50 pmDozens of times I’ve see the lying communists who pass for academicians say that there are more whites on welfare than blacks. (The you-know-whos also parrot this lie.)
I knew this was a lie, not only because most whites consider there to be a stigma attached to welfare dependency, but also because EVERY WORD uttered by the ignoramuses and Bolsheviks in academia turns out to be a total fabrication.
My Advice: Print this page and keep it with you; the next time some lying bastard makes the fatuous statement about greater white welfare participation, bet him $100 and then stick this up his pipe to smoke…

If these numbers are correct, then something funny is going on.
There are 1,9 mln black businesses, but on average a half of a person works there.
The amount $137.5 billion in RECEIPTS means that an insignificant amount of money is going into gov coffers from black businesses.

May 7th, 2012 at 5:46 pmCould you imagine just how high the income would be if you included the cost of housing Negroes in jail? I just looked it up and Negroes are 40% of the jail population and $74 billion was spent on total corrections in 2007 – that’s $30 billion per year in 2007 to house Negroes in prison.
And this chart doesn’t even cover the cost of headstart or all the money wasted on K-10 at $15,000/year on negroes with a 50% drop out rate who go on to be jobless parasites.
I think more needs to be done to show the exact magnitude of the financial loss that Negroes cause in the US. Bringing Negroes to this country was the worst investment ever. The financial losses continue for centuries and there is no way to cut your losses.
May 7th, 2012 at 5:48 pmWhat about us Asians? You all consider us to be the ‘perfect minority’. Honestly, we’d rather starve before we accept a handout from the government. We’re discriminated against by everybody in employment and college admissions. Asians pay more in reparations than any other race, and we weren’t even in the country during slavery! I think that anybody who accepts a handout has no shame or honor. I think any money spent on blacks is a waste.

It was even recorded by a reporter in new york that white slaves were cheaper than black slave. On top of that who do you think built a large % of the railroad? trust me the asians were not a free people. But what’s funny about all this is look at who SOLD us the slaves in the first place. it was blacks selling blacks to whites, and asains selling asians to whites, and even whites selling whites to whites.
How about reparations for merchants who had the buinesses vandalized and looted by mobs of black savages during the L.A. RIOTS
