Chicago’s extremist community defends mob attack on restaurant

The five suspects arrested in the mob attack on a suburban Chicago restaurant were indicted on 37 charges each. They will remain in the Cook County Jail for the time being. A violent criminal left-wing gang, ARA and its Indian chapter HARM, have claimed responsibility for the attack. Six lawyers are providing free legal services for the five suspects. According to a Chicago news source, the lawyers are ideologically motivated by far-left politics. The are providing free legal support, not to advance their careers, but because they support the violent gang. According to the Chicago Tribune, some of the lawyers say they will defend their clients by painting the victims as “white supremacists.”

After the brief hearing Tuesday in Bridgeview, defense attorneys hinted that Cook County State’s Attorney Anita Alvarez could have difficulty selling the case to the public given some of the victims’ alleged ties to white supremacy groups.
“I don’t know if it’s hard or not for Ms. Alvarez to represent white supremacists,” said defense attorney Aaron Goldstein, who is representing Jason Sutherlin. “I know I don’t represent white supremacists.”
The six defense attorneys, who work for five different firms, said they volunteered to represent the men even though none of the defendants can afford legal services.
Defense attorney Stuart Smith said he agreed to represent Tucker because he is sympathetic to the anti-racist movement.
“I’m doing this for free because it’s the right thing to do,” he said.
Defense attorney Larry Jackowiak, who is representing Stuck, said his firm took the case because it believes in fighting racism.
“It was an easy decision to make,” he said.
None of their attorneys, who volunteered to represent them for free, would confirm that.
“I’m certainly anti-racist — I’m not affiliated with any organization, but I gladly accept the title of being anti-racist,” Aaron Goldstein, an attorney for Jason Sutherlin, said after the hearing at the Bridgeview courthouse.
Stuart Smith said he took Tucker’s case because “it was the right thing to do.”
The main targets of the attack were attending a meeting of the Illinois Heritage Association, which included about eight people. At least ten people were injured by masked men wielding hammers and metal batons. Three people were hospitalized and needed staples in their heads to close wounds. At least four of the victims were not attending the meeting.

A retired police officer was hit with a hammer and hospitalized. An eighty year old woman was knocked down and another elderly man was attacked. About $15,000 in damages was done to the restaurant.
A sixth person was arrested at the restaurant. He has two tattoos matching symbols used by the ARA gang. This includes a “Red-Anarchist” symbol on his chest, and the “circle-A” Anarchy symbol on his arm. The same “circle-A” symbol appears at the top right hand corner of the “Free the Tinley Park 5″ website. The Illinois Heritage Association says an online trail links him to the attack. He had outstanding warrants for possession of child pornography and has been extradited to Texas.
One of the victims was arrested for having a legal handgun in his car and has been indicted with a misdemeanor. The victim was from out-of-state and unaware of the draconian anti-gun laws passed in Illinois.

I really do hope someone in the movement in that area with legal experience can start accumulating the proof that this batch of leftist terrorists were financed and aided by B’nai B’rith. I hope someone has the guts to take them down with a tremendous civil suit and sue them like the SPLC sued Metzger back in the late 80′s-but much worse.
If no lawyer will do it for the principle then they should think about the money. The SPLC was able to get a judgement of over 18 million dollars over 20 years ago against Metzger for something he had nothing to do with.
Unlike an old television repairman who had no money, B’nai B’rith is loaded and cannot cry poverty.
I hate to say it but I doubt much will come out of this except seeing more blatant injustice spit in our faces. It really is going to take a civil war before enough people wake up and fight back, but it might be far too late.
June 13th, 2012 at 11:53 amNothing is done for free. These lawyers either think that by representing these criminals for free that others will seek them out, or someone is paying them. There is a lot of money to be made as a lawyer in the field of discrimination – having a past of representing some perceived anti-racist under your belt legitimizes your credentials.
But, it would not surprize me if someone or some group is paying these lawyers under the table much like was done in the old days by organized crime groups. The anti-white industry is an organized crime racket and all these little gangs like the ARA are the recruitment gangs for the larger organized crime rackets, used as muscle and enforcers for the more legit and organized anti-white groups. One of those larger groups is undoubtedly either encouraging or financing these lawyers to represent these criminals.

So if those who were attacked can be shown presumably by a preponderance of the evidence to be ‘racist’ then the attacks would be justified? That is not any sort of defense to assault, battery or mayhem that I was taught in law school. Perhaps it is in Illinois.
