		<description>If their is surveillance video it does not necessarily mean the group was being &quot;spied&quot; on by the government  In fact, almost any public or private place one goes has cameras these days, as a matter of course.  If one wants to consider this spying, fine.  But it is often simply done by business owners as a means of protection in case of situations like this, and for theft and other insurance purposes.

This is an important point.  If one ever has to defend oneself by using violence against violence, the prosecutors could likely have video of the scene.  So be careful, and never over-react.  Once the threat is over, do not continue to pursue or punish the attacker, unless you are willing to defend yourself from a corrupt liberal prosecutor.</description>
