I sure hope so. King George III was a ruler far superior to most of our elected officials. Set against the age of democracy, the Divine Right of Kings never looked so good.
George III, despite the propoganda to the contrary, was neither mad nor bad, and certainly not a tyrant, but rather a well liked and respected Monarch who reigned for some 60 years.
For some factual info on George III: http://www.royal.gov.uk/HistoryoftheMonarchy/KingsandQueensoftheUnitedKingdom/TheHanoverians/GeorgeIII.aspx. This link also provides a fascinating letter written by George III on the loss of America.
Also, there is actually a British perspective on the UK/US war of independence, a perspective that is completely ignored by the US, but a perspective which neverthless contains much surprising information. Perhaps Britain wasn’t the evil, tyrannical oppressor, afterall?
For the British perspective: http://www.redcoat.me.uk
Anyway, what’s happened has happened, so it just remains to be said God save the Queen, and God bless America!
(we can atleast agree on that, can’t we?)

How is this guy any better? England is worse off than we are. George III was a tyrant.
