Obama administration keeps upgrading Federal welfare cell phone program
Now welfare recipients are getting expensive smartphones at taxpayer expense!
That large Federal tax on your cell phone bill is used to give free cell phones and cell phone service to people on welfare. Smartphones are now a civil right under the Obama administration.
