    These Black and Mestizo gangs make Al Capone and his boys seem like a church group. Fewer than 100 people per year were killed during the height of the Al Capone wars. Already this year close to 300 blacks and Mestizos have been killed in the gang wars. We are on track to have 500 dead in Chicago by the end of the year.
