All they would have to do is find some black such as Green to run as a Democrat. Those districts where blacks make up a majority of the Democrats would go over big for the incompetent black. As more and more blacks are voted in politics this becomes a larger issue. Most of us whites really look for those that will make us a stronger more efficient community/world, but they do not feel the same. Then we have are left with complete hacks making important decisions that affect us all. You also see more crime in the political arena (it truly follows them wherever they go).
