Democrat congressman caught having sex with 17 year old boy

A police officer says he happened upon Democrat Congressman Kerry Gauthier (D-MN) having sex with a 17 year old boy at a rest stop in Duluth, MN. Gauthier allegedly met the boy on craigslist.

The age of consent in Minnesota is only 16, so the Congressman does not face criminal charges.
