CofCC.org News Team EU elections exposed the bitter ethnic divide in Latvia. Latvia has 8 seats. 4 seats went to conservative/right-wing Latvian parties and 1 seat went to a moderate/libertarian Latvian party. The other three seats went to two Russian minority parties that advocate Socialism.
